SHIPPING INFORMATION
When you place an order with COCOONESE you’ll be happy to know that it will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days.
All orders are shipped via Standard Priority mail with Tracking Number.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
✈For orders within Singapore:
- $3 SGD (2-5 business days).
- Free for orders over $90 (after discount)
- For self-collection, we will send you a confirmation message/email when the order is ready. We are located 62 Ubi Rd 1, #04-26, Oxley BizHub 2, Singapore 408734.
- For express/same day courier, please contact us for all the details.
✈For orders outside of Singapore:
- $25-45 SGD (30-70 Business days).
- Free for orders over $500 (after discount)

- Delivery times for international orders vary according to your location and you may refer to this link for approximate delivery times. (Refer to 'Registered Package International') Please note that timeframes are an estimation and do not take into account delays at customs or your local service suspensions.
- You will be responsible for any import/customs-related charges implemented by your destination country.
On the rare occasion of a delay or if something has unexpectedly sold out, we will inform you right away and you can choose to get a refund or select an alternative product.
